Question: How long are debt consolidation certificates good for? i live in md and did it through "cricket"?

The pre-petition bankruptcy counseling completion certificate is valid for 6 months (180) days from the date listed at the top of your certificate. The pre-discharge debtor education is valid until your court ordered completion date for discharge.

I dont know.. but comming from someone (me) who's been a debt collector for 10 yr. debt consoladation is a rip off . you can make the same deals with your creditors that they do,.. and you dont end up paying them.. and yes you do pay them whether you realise it or not.. the way they work is.. the call your creditors and try to get them to take a settlement.. then they tell you how much to pay .. and they take a cut .. now if you want to throw your money away. throw it to me.. cuz i sure could use it

Hey, It is possible to get rid of debt, but you have to know exactly how to do it.There are many websites , that offer that service, but unfortunately most of them are scams.
